A single high-rise tower of 22-storey with 88 units is within a landscape environment of 0.5 hectares.

A ‘sculpture trail’ of 8 sculptures was done by 5 local and regional artists. Dr. Okashimo was commissioned to both design the landscape and complete 3 stone sculptures in granite, marble and sandstone.
